Cancellation Policy

At SUN BEAUTY,

we value our clients' time and our eyelash technicians' schedules. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect your appointment. To ensure we continue to provide excellent service to all our clients, we have the following policy:

- If you have a budget constraint for your appointment, we recommend contacting us for pricing information before finalizing your booking.

- To cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment time are free.

- For cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment time, or for no-shows, we will charge the full appointment fee to your registered credit card.

Late Arrival Policy

Thank you for your support of our salon services. To ensure the efficiency and quality of our services, we kindly request your punctuality.

- Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full appointment fee.

- If you are more than 15 minutes late but still wish to continue, we may need to adjust your service to a Lash treatment with reduced lash volume, a Facial and Spa treatment. Your lateness will be deducted, and the service fee will remain the same.

This policy is designed to ensure we can meet the needs of all our clients and provide the best service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We will try our best to arrange for your chosen technician to serve you, but this cannot be 100% guaranteed. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in arrangements, and your technician may also change.
